Il quartiere di San Lorenzo a Roma è il luogo storico dei Montessoriani. E' qui che tutto cominciò!

San Lorenzo neighborhood in Rome is the historical place for the Montessori people. It is here that all started!

Non lontano si trova il cimitero monumentale del Verano, dove Silvana riposa in pace. Anche i vivi trovano la pace dello spirito tra le sue piante secolari e le magnifiche sculture.

Not far from there is the Campo Verano cemetery, where Silvana rests in peace. With its secular trees and magnificent sculptures it is a place to visit, to gain comfort for the soul

La tomba della famiglia Quattrocchi si trova in località " Altopiano Pincetto", addossata ad una parete della cappella dei Cappuccini.

The Quattrocchi family grave is located in the "Altopiano Pincetto" area, leaning against a wall of the Cappuccini friars chapel.

She is internationally known as a Montessori Trainer to Assistants to Infancy. Questa foto è stata scattata durante uno dei tanti corsi Montessori per Assistenti all'Infanzia tenuti da Silvana in Giappone presso la Yokohama Montessori School del Professor Takane (nella foto, con il parasole). This picture was taken on occasion of one of the many Montessori Assistants to Infancy training Silvana gave in Japan at Professor Takane's Yokohama Montessori School (Professor Takane is the one holding the sunbrella). Qui sotto, due foto dell'Istituto, anch'esse datate maggio 2000. Here below, two pictures of the School, also dated May 2000.
